COVID 19 Update

Updated 7 April 2020

As a result of the ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus, the majority of our stores across the UK remain closed, as of Tuesday 24th March.

However, a limited number of stores are still open for essential fishkeeping supplies only. Stores that remain open only do so to allow for the purchase of fishkeeping essentials to keep your fish fit and well, and not for purchasing new livestock or for browsing customers. Please only visit a store if you absolutely have to and where possible leave children at home. We reserve the right to refuse entry to our stores and will be strictly observing social distancing at all times.

The stores which remain open are listed below:

Ashtead

Brighton

Bristol

Coventry

Farnham

Gosport

Hickstead

Iver

Littlehampton

Oxford

Peterborough

Preston

Reefkeeper-Rugby

Reefkeeper- Windsor

Southsea

St Albans

Swindon

Swansea

Worcester

Our Burton Latimer is closed in terms of customer entry into the store but is able to take orders over the phone for a limited period of time while staff are in store caring for livestock.

Please check this page regularly as the situation is changing rapidly and please do call ahead to the store you want to visit before travelling to check that it remains open. Contact details can be found here: https://www.fishkeeper.co.uk/storefinder

Some of our stores may be able to offer ad hoc/reduced hour opening times, so please do check your local store Facebook page regularly to keep abreast of the situation as things can change at short notice. You can also contact your local store directly through their Facebook page with any questions you may have and someone will get back to you as soon as possible

Our online shop is still open at fishkeeper.co.uk and we remain committed to supporting you with all your fishkeeping needs at this difficult time.

Please be assured that our livestock will be checked and fed daily and will continue to be well-cared for while our stores are closed. Thank you for your ongoing support and keep safe!
